How much coffee can a residential machine produce daily?

JURA residential models are designed for typical residential use of 5 to 15 cups per day. For higher volumes, the high-end models offer increased capacity with a larger water reservoir and bean container.

What are the delivery times and fees?

At Édika, we ship within Canada only.

For standard shipping:

Deliveries are handled by Canada Post and times vary by province. An order confirmation and a tracking number are sent to you by email within 24 hours.

For shipping during a strike:

Can I have my order shipped directly to my office or business?

Yes, Édika can deliver directly to your office or business anywhere in Canada. When placing your order online, simply choose the desired delivery address. In the event of a disruption to postal services, you can also opt for in-store pickup or select another delivery method offered.

Do you provide installation at home or at the office?

Yes, Édika offers a paid installation service for espresso machines at home or at the office, with pricing that varies according to the distance from our offices located at 10118 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Montréal:

  • 10-50 km: $350
  • 50-100 km: $400
  • 100-150 km: $450
  • 150-200 km: $550
  • 200-300 km: $650

What are the return conditions?

At Édika, you can return a product within 7 business days of purchase, provided it is new, unused and in its intact original packaging. Products are non-refundable but may be exchanged or credited, subject to conditions. To initiate a return, contact us at info@edika.com.

Please note that perishable products, such as coffee, as well as electronic or electrical parts, are not eligible for return.

What is the procedure to activate the warranty?

Every machine sold by Édika is covered by a warranty specific to its brand, with specific conditions. To activate your warranty, contact Édika at info@edika.com or at 514 374-0683, providing your purchase invoice and the machine's serial number.
