      Édika represents, among others, the Swiss brand JURA, high-end automatic espresso coffee machines, as well as the traditional coffee machine brands LELIT and CONTI. It also specializes in maintenance and repair in its field.

    • MOBILE ESPRESSO MACHINE TECHNICIAN - FULL-TIME

    • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

      • Ensure roadside or in-shop service, if necessary, with the aim of increasing its profitability and visibility, and ensuring a premium experience for each of our customers.
      • Provide outstanding service to our customers, with presentation and professionalism being your mission.


      SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Cover shortcomings in the event of temporary disruption to activity related to JURA and LELIT workshops.
      • Demonstrate proactivity in optimizing the means of production and repair of machines.

    • TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT - FULL-TIME

    • Under the supervision of the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for providing basic technical support via phone and email to our individual and professional clients regarding the use of their espresso machines, accessories, and consumables.
