At Édika, the xBloom lineup brings together two ways to approach high-end filter coffee: a fully automated machine that handles everything from grinding to brewing, and an xPod-based machine designed to faithfully reproduce a partner roaster's recipe. Studio or Original: two philosophies, one goal
The xBloom Studio integrates a conical burr grinder, a scale and a brewer in a single unit, with three automation levels to choose from: Autopilot for a cup at the touch of a button, Copilot to fine-tune your own recipe through the app, and Freesolo for full manual control. The xBloom Original works with the xPod format: each pod carries an RFID tag that sends the machine the partner roaster's exact recipe, grind size, temperature and pour pattern included.
Two machines, two levels of involvement
The xBloom Studio filter coffee maker combines three built-in functions (grinder, brewer, scale) with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, at $799.00, available in Midnight Black or Moonlight White. The xBloom Original filter coffee maker relies on the xPod ecosystem and partner roaster recipes to faithfully reproduce their brew profile, at $1,249.00, available in Cloud Silver or Galaxy Black.
A fully personalized experience
On the Studio, the xBloom app lets you build your own recipes, watch the brew unfold in real time and fine-tune grind size across 80 distinct settings. On the Original, scanning the xPod automatically triggers the roaster's brew profile, then the machine reproduces the intended pour pattern (centered, circular or spiral) over ten pours.
