RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    We accept returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase (with the exception of perishable goods such as coffee beans). However, items are not refundable but can be exchanged or credited. They must be in new and unused condition, with their original packaging in perfect condition, otherwise the return will be automatically refused. They can be returned within 7 business days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization (#RMA) number. Unauthorized returns are not accepted. In order to return items, you must email us at info@edika.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (#RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product to us. We will also need to know exactly why the item is being returned. You will need to provide us with your name and order number.

    IMPORTANT:

    Please make sure to keep all original boxes of the purchased item, as well as the packaging materials. You will need them in case of a return or for warranty activation for certain accessories. If you believe your item has functional problems, you must contact us within three (3) business days of the merchandise receipt date before taking any action.
