Change your order date

Pause your subscription

Log in to your account.

To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action applies to one product at a time. Repeat the process for each product.

Once in your customer portal:

  1. Click “Subscriptions” and click “Manage subscription”
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel subscription”
  3. A tab appears asking “Would you like to pause instead?”. Choose how long to pause the subscription (1 month, 2 months or 3 months).
  4. Note your next delivery date so you are not caught by surprise.
  5. Click “Pause subscription”
Cancel your subscription

Please note that the subscription commits you to a minimum of three deliveries before you can cancel.

Log in to your account.

To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action applies to one product at a time. Repeat the process for each product.

Once in your customer portal:

  1. Click “Subscriptions” and click “Manage subscription”
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel subscription”
  3. Click “Cancel”

Reactivate your subscription

Log in to your account.

To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action applies to one product at a time. Repeat the process for each product.

Once in your customer portal, you can reactivate your subscription after cancelling or pausing it:

  1. Click “Subscriptions”
  2. click “Reactivate”
Change your subscription frequency

Log in to your account.

To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action applies to one product at a time. Repeat the process for each product.

Once in your customer portal:

  1. Click “Subscriptions” and click “Manage subscription”
  2. Click “Delivery frequency”
  3. Select the new frequency you want.
  4. Click “Update”.
Swap a product in your subscription

Log in to your account.

To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action applies to one product at a time. Repeat the process for each product.

Once in your customer portal:

  1. Click “Subscriptions” and click “Manage subscription”
  2. Click “Product”
  3. Click “Swap product”.
  4. Select the new product you want and click “Swap product”
