The illustration brilliantly uses steam—a common element in LELIT's iconic coffee machines and historical irons—as a narrative device. This concept also subtly references coffee as a beverage, linking back to the flagship product. Like a dance, these swirling shapes trace the product's surface, telling a story of continuous action, much like the company's own journey. The machine features an illustration by an Italian artist, using steam as a narrative motif to symbolize the company's history, energy, and passion for coffee. • Exclusivity: Production is limited to 1986 units worldwide, in homage to the year LELIT was founded. Each unit bears a unique serial number (from 0001 to 1986) engraved beneath the illustration.

The new frontier of espresso
Bianca is at the forefront of LELIT espresso machines. A true gem that allows expert baristas to have absolute control over espresso extraction through manual water flow control thanks to the wooden paddle and parameter management with the LCC system.
A long pre-infusion, at constant pressure
Bianca has eliminated the mechanical pre-infusion present in the E61 group, replacing it with the LCC-Paddle combination, which allows for programming "pump on" and "pump off" times and obtaining a constant pre-infusion pressure for a much longer duration.
Setting the maximum pump pressure
To extract the best from each coffee variety or roast degree, each barista can decide to modify the pump calibration (up to a maximum of 12 bar) using the adjustment screw. The pressure variation affects the behavior of the pre-infusion and the paddle.
An extraordinary extraction
The portafilter has a diameter of 58mm with a wooden handle and a Coffee Slide spout that guides the coffee into the cup and actively contributes to the creation of the espresso. The progressive inclination, the length of the spout, and the open surfaces are masterfully balanced to achieve the best result.
Walnut wood knobs and paddle
All the details mounted on Bianca, such as the knobs, the paddle, and the portafilter handle, are made of fine walnut wood for an extremely pleasant tactile sensation and a high-class aesthetic result.
Paddle
By turning the paddle, the water flow on the coffee puck is varied in real time until maximum pressure is reached. This way, the extraction can be manually modulated to obtain the best result in the cup with all types of coffee or blends.
LCC
This instrument allows you to manage the machine's parameters, such as regulating the coffee extraction and steam temperatures, pre-infusion duration, activation or deactivation of the steam boiler, management of standby times, partial and total dose counters, and temperature display in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Dual Boiler
Two independent boilers, one for steam and hot water extraction and another for coffee extraction. A system designed for greater thermal stability and to be able to extract coffee and steam simultaneously.

Repositionable tank
Bianca’s tank is located inside a “backpack” external to the bodywork to avoid possible water reheating. It can be repositioned on one of the three sides of the machine to best adapt to available spaces. In addition, it has been designed to be easily removed for cleaning operations.
Measures the real extraction pressure
The pressure gauge mounted directly on the E61 group makes it possible to measure the real pressure applied to the coffee puck, for even more precise and timely control of the extraction.
Stainless steel body
Bianca's body and drip tray are made of repolished AISI 304 steel, the king of materials, for endless durability, an aesthetic appearance, and unparalleled ease of cleaning.
Steam and hot water wands with cool touch technology
The new LELIT steam and hot water wands, with their new ergonomic geometry, are cool touch. This helps to avoid possible burns, to clean the wands with ease, and to prevent the formation of milk residues for an even more satisfying experience.
Adjustable feet
Bianca's feet are made of walnut wood, the same material used for the other details of the machine. They are height-adjustable, ensuring optimal stability of the machine on all surfaces and, when connected to the water mains, allowing the machine to be tilted to easily drain the water.
Energy Saving
Bianca is manufactured with a sophisticated energy-saving system. This system allows you to program a standby time after which the steam boiler is deactivated and the coffee boiler is maintained at a temperature of 70°C, with 80% cup warmer efficiency. This ensures a machine warm-up time of approximately 10 minutes and significant energy savings.
Technical settings
A high-performance machine like Bianca must be able to adapt to various operating conditions and the different extraction requirements of each barista. To this end, Bianca is equipped with a technical sub-menu that allows you to customize parameters, such as the temperature of both boilers.
The Bianca V3 has 4 different operating modes:
1- Sleep mode (eco mode): after a programmed time (from 30 to 540 minutes), the software lowers the temperature of the coffee boiler to 70°C, while the steam boiler drops to 0°C.
2- Stand-by mode: this is new for the Bianca V3. After 30 minutes, both the coffee and steam boilers, as well as the LCC, turn off. This is the default setting.
3- E-Mode: the steam boiler is always off.
4- Always ON: when the user deactivates stand-by mode and sleep mode (eco mode). The machine is always on.
New Software
The machine's software has been improved to add the new Low Flow function, Stand-by mode, and optimize the appliance's heating time.
Low Flow
The biggest improvement to the machine is the Low Flow function, which could be translated as "reduced water flow". On the Bianca V3, LELIT has actually automated an action previously only achievable with the paddle.
Temperature Offset Mode
This value increases or decreases the temperature of the coffee boiler during infusion, by changing the temperature of the water coming from the group head.
