The great asset of these machines is their build quality. The main components – brew group, boiler, and portafilter – are made of brass, ensuring excellent thermal stability.
Thermal stability is essential for perfect espresso extraction, and for creating velvety, creamy milk for lattes and cappuccinos.
The boiler's performance has been significantly improved before pairing it with a professional steam wand, so that espressos, lattes, and cappuccinos become your daily routine at home.
A reliable taste indicator
Perfect extraction depends on the balance between pressure, water infusion temperature, grind settings and blend quality (in terms of freshness and variety). The pressure gauge designed for LELIT machines tells you if the pressure is optimal. Too little pressure indicates under-extraction (insipid aroma); too much pressure indicates over-extraction (too bitter, too acidic flavor). Have fun adjusting the 5Ms (in Italian: Macchina, Macinatura, Miscela, Mano, Manutenzione – Machine, Grinding, Blend, Hand, Maintenance) like a true barista!
