Online Ordering and Payment

Placing an online order


1. Add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart. To do this, click on the desired product, then on the "add to cart" tab. At any time, you can view and modify the contents of your cart by clicking on the "cart" tab.

2. Once you have finished your selection, go to your cart and click on the "order" tab. Then enter the requested information or log in by entering your email address and password if you already have an account.

 3. An order confirmation and a package tracking number will be provided to you by email within a maximum of 24 hours after your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will reach you the following Monday.


Secure site: SSL protocol

The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used for the complete protection of customer information during their online shopping, so that their information remains confidential. We securely accept all major credit cards on our site. With advanced industry encryption protection, fraud prevention, and buyer protection policies, you can shop with confidence.


Currency used

All prices indicated on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 


Accepted payment methods

You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, or your own PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac accounts.


Correcting account information

To modify your account information, go to your account by clicking on the "my account" tab. Once identified, you can access and modify your information.


Forgot password

Click on the "my account" tab, then on "forgot password". An automatic message will then be sent to your email address with your password.


Track order status

An order confirmation and a package tracking number will be provided to you by email within a maximum of 24 hours after your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will reach you the following Monday. You can track the delivery status of your package at any time on the website www.canadapost.ca


Modify an order

To modify an order, please contact us at 514 374-0683. If your order has not yet been processed, you can modify it to add or remove items.


Out of stock

All products presented on the EDIKA website are in stock. If, exceptionally, you order a product that is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay. You will then be able to replace your product or cancel your order, as you prefer.


Applicable taxes on products

There is no tax applied to coffee. For other products, GST, QST, and HST taxes are applied depending on your province of residence.


Order by phone

You can place an order by phone during our opening hours (to access them directly, click here). The information to provide will be the same as if you ordered on the site, and delivery times are identical. Please note, however, that the payment methods accepted in this case are Visa and MasterCard only.

All deliveries are made with Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service (residential machines, accessories, and maintenance products).

* An additional shipping fee may apply to some items depending on their size, weight, and destination. These fees are independent of the free shipping offer.

Delivery and installation fees for commercial machines (JURA, LELIT, Conti, Eversys) are not included.

We deliver to the United States (Café Touché only)
Delivery to the United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii). A delivery fee of $25.00 is charged.

Our deliveries are handled by Canada Post only. Please note that our product warranties do not apply to purchases made from the United States.

For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, shipping is done the following Monday.

Shipping address different from billing address
The shipping address can be different from the billing address.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Purchased items are not refundable but can be subject to a credit note or an exchange of identical value. This excludes all perishable products such as coffee - whole bean or ground, as well as electronic or electrical parts.

Items must be in new and unused condition, with their original unopened packaging in perfect condition, otherwise the return will be automatically refused. It can be returned within seven (7) business days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization (#RMA) number. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.

To return an item, you must send us an email to info@edika.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (#RMA) number and instructions for returning the product to us.

You will need to provide the reason for the return as well as your name and order number.

For returns of machines that are no longer under warranty, machines must be in their original box or in a cardboard box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap around the machine. The box must be able to support a weight of at least 18 kg / 40 lb.

Any damage during transport, including scratches, breakages, and all marks on the machine, are not covered by the warranty.
 
IMPORTANTPlease make sure to keep all original boxes of the purchased item, as well as packaging materials. You will need them in case of a return or warranty activation.

If it seems that your item has operational problems, you must contact us before taking any initiative within seven (7) business days after the date of receipt of the merchandise.
