Return and Exchange Policy
Purchased items are not refundable but may be exchanged or issued a credit note of equal value. This excludes all perishable products such as coffee - whole bean or ground, as well as electronic or electrical parts.
Items must be in new and unused condition, with their original unopened packaging in perfect condition; otherwise, the return will be automatically refused. They can be returned within seven (7) business days of purchase with a Return Merchandise Authorization (#RMA) number. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
To return an item, you must send an email to info@edika.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (#RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
You will need to provide the reason for the return, your name, and your order number.
For returns of machines that are no longer under warranty, machines must be in their original box or in a cardboard box with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap around the machine. The box must be able to support a weight of at least 18 kg / 40 lb.
Any damage during transport, including scratches, breakage, and all marks on the machine, are not covered by the warranty.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you keep all original boxes of the purchased item, as well as the packaging materials. You will need them in case of a return or warranty activation. If it appears that your item has operational problems, you must contact us within seven (7) business days after the date of receipt of the merchandise, before taking any initiative. |
Online Order and Payment
Placing an Online Order1. Add all items you wish to purchase to your cart. To do this, click on the desired product, then on the "add to cart" tab. At any time, you can view and modify the contents of your cart by clicking on the "cart" tab.
2. Once you have finished your selection, go to your cart and click on the "order" tab. Then enter the requested information or log in by entering your email address and password if you already have an account.
3. An order confirmation and a tracking number for your package will be provided by email within a maximum of 24 hours following your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will be sent the following Monday.

Correcting Account Information
To modify the information in your account, go to your account by clicking on the "my account" tab. Once logged in, you can access and modify your information.
Forgot Password
Click on the "my account" tab, then on "forgot password". An automatic message will then be sent to your email address with your password.
Tracking an Order
An order confirmation and a package tracking number will be provided by email within a maximum of 24 hours following your order; for orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, confirmation will be sent the following Monday.

Modifying an Order
To modify an order, please contact us at 514 374-0683. If your order has not yet been processed, you can modify it to add or remove items.
Out of Stock
If, exceptionally, you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the delay. You will then have the option to replace your product or cancel your order.
Applicable Taxes on Products
No tax is applied to coffee. For other products, GST, QST, and HST taxes are applied according to your province of residence.

You can place an order by phone during our business hours.
The information to provide will be the same as if you ordered on the website, and delivery times are identical. Note, however, that the payment methods accepted in this case are Visa and MasterCard only.

We deliver to the United States (Café Touché only)
Delivery to the United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii). A delivery fee of $25.00 is charged.
Our deliveries are handled exclusively by Canada Post. Please note that the warranties for our products do not apply to purchases made from the United States.
Shipping of Merchandise
All orders received before 12 PM are shipped the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, shipping is done the following Monday.
