JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the technical manager, you will be responsible for providing basic technical support via phone and email to our customers—both individuals and professionals—regarding the use of their espresso machines, accessories, and consumables. You will do this by providing them with a high-quality shopping experience, consistent with our company’s positioning.

Position available immediately.

Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 40 hours per week

RESPONSABILITIES

Via phone, email, and our online platforms, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to inquiries about our services.
- Advising and assisting customers with machine maintenance.
- Helping customers resolve simple technical issues (foam problems, jammed trays, etc.).
- Forwarding more technical inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Entering collected data and information into customer files.
- Performing all other related tasks associated with the position.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience in technical support
- Basic computer skills
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
- Attention to detail and courtesy
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, required
- Valid Canadian work permit
- Experience with or knowledge of coffee machines and the coffee industry in Quebec (a plus)
- Passion for coffee (a plus)
