  • 01. Change your order date

    To change the date of your next order, please contact us at commande2@edika.com or at 514 374 0683 #137.

  • 02. Pause your subscription

    Log in to your account.

    To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action only concerns one product at a time. Repeat the procedure for each product.

    Once in your customer portal:

    1. Click on “Subscription” and click on “Manage subscription”
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Cancel subscription”
    3. A tab will appear saying “Would you like to pause. Choose the duration of the subscription pause (1 month, 2 months, or 3 months).
    4. Take note of the next delivery date to avoid being caught by surprise.
    5. Click on “Pause subscription”
  • 03. Cancel your subscription

    Please note that by subscribing, you commit to a minimum of three deliveries before you can cancel.

    Log in to your account.

    To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed a subscription order. Each action only concerns one product at a time. Repeat the procedure for each product.

    Once in your customer portal:

    1. Click on “Subscription” and click on “Manage subscription”
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Cancel subscription”
    3. Click on “Cancel”

  • 04. Reactivate your subscription

    Log in to your account.

    To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action only concerns one product at a time. Repeat the procedure for each product.

    Once in your customer portal, you can reactivate your subscription after cancelling or pausing it:

    1. Click on “Subscription”
    2. Click on “Reactivate”
  • 05. Change your subscription frequency

    Log in to your account.

    To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed an order with a subscription. Each action only concerns one product at a time. Repeat the procedure for each product.

    Once in your customer portal:

    1. Click on "Subscription" and then on "Manage Subscription"
    2. Click on "Delivery frequency"
    3. Select the new desired frequency.
    4. Click on "Update".
  • 06. Swap a product in your subscription

    Log in to your account.

    To access your subscription portal, you must have already placed a subscription order. Each action only concerns one product at a time. Repeat the procedure for each product.

    Once in your customer portal:

    1. Click on “Subscription” and click on “Manage Subscription”
    2. Click on “Product”
    3. Click on “Exchange Product.”
    4. Select the desired new product and click on “Exchange Product.”
