ABOUT EVERSYS

Eversys is a Swiss company founded in 2009 and based in Sierre. Having become the world leader in high-end super-automatic coffee machines, it partnered with the Italian De’Longhi group in 2017, which fully acquired it in 2021.

Eversys' vision is to propel super-automatic machines to the level of traditional barista-operated machines. Its mission is to spread its revolutionary concept to offer a unique coffee experience, without space or productivity constraints.

Eversys aims to bridge the gap between super-automatic and traditional machines. The company has analyzed all manual barista actions to integrate electronic and assisted intelligence that reproduces them.

Eversys machines offer assisted calibration to ensure consistent quality by controlling extraction time to manage brand standards and ensure product consistency. Thanks to automatic tamping technology, ground coffee is perfectly distributed and compacted, just as an experienced barista would do.

Café Saint-Henri is a pioneer in micro-roasting in Quebec, offering a unique specialty coffee experience for over ten years.

In collaboration with Édika, they adopted the Eversys Shotmaster for their newest branch at 1001 Robert-Bourrassa. With higher-than-normal traffic, this system allows them to prepare a significantly greater quantity of coffee than traditional machines.
