JOB SUMMARY


Reporting to senior management, the Sales Director is responsible for the sales strategy across all of Canada. The role involves managing sales across various physical and digital channels, developing the reseller network, supervising sales teams, and optimizing overall sales performance. This individual plays a key role in the company’s growth and in maintaining a premium customer experience aligned with Édika’s values and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee showroom operations in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience.
  • Lead and motivate the teams dedicated to dealers, including account managers and in-store sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the various sales channels: showroom, direct sales, website, and dealer network.
  • Develop sales forecasts, promotional plans, and growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial agreements and the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy among all partners and customers.
  • Actively participate in strategic sales and negotiations with key accounts.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, coaching, and performance of sales teams.
  • Produce sales tracking reports and ensure the continuous improvement of sales processes.
  • Ensure the enforcement of internal policies and the maintenance of the company’s quality standards.
  • Participate in trade shows and events in Quebec, either with an Édika booth or alongside our resellers.

 

  • YOUR PROFILE
  • Significant experience in sales leadership or business management.
  • Inspiring leadership and excellent team management skills.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sales channels and various types of business partners.
  • Excellent understanding of sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Commitment to customer service and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver’s license (required) and personal vehicle required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
