DESCRIPTION
e'levelling system
The e'levelling system generates a gentle vibration in the brewing chamber, which allows the powder inside to be distributed more evenly. The movement reproduces the gestures of a barista preceding the preparation of an espresso on a traditional machine, i.e., tapping the portafilter after grinding fresh beans to distribute the powder more uniformly in the cup.
e'foam
One of the most difficult tasks to achieve is producing milk foam. With the e’Foam function, Eversys combines steam and air to obtain the microfoam sought by the best baristas. Guaranteed to have a first-class foam in texture and taste, the operator will be able to concentrate on Latte Art.
The milk module with EMT (Electronic Milk Texturing) system
Milk foam is obtained by simply pressing a button. The steam is used in the same way as a barista, thus promoting intense aromas and a very fine texture. Reproducing traditional barista techniques, this module produces milk foam with optimal texture and flavor.
The 1.5-step program
the machine separates the pouring of milk and espresso products, offering a wand to pour the milk foam, allowing you to automatically create the perfect foam at the same time as the espresso is poured into the cup. This program makes latte art easy without being an experienced barista and also prevents milk waste because it only uses the exact necessary amount each time.
