The “Édika and Columbus Café” contest (the ‘Contest’) is organized by Les Importations Édika Inc. and runs in Quebec and Ontario from December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET, until December 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

For the purposes of the contest, the “group” consists of Les Importations Édika Inc., its subsidiaries, including in particular its parent companies, sister companies, and subsidiaries, retailers, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of materials and services related to this contest, as well as their respective employees, agents, and representatives (the “Group Members”).

This contest is open to anyone who:

(i) resides in Quebec or Ontario;
(ii) is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the contest.

Members of the group and employees of any company, organization, or firm involved in this contest, representatives or agents, advertising and promotional agents, as well as their immediate family and persons with whom they reside, are excluded.

4.1 No purchase necessary.

4.2 To enter, visit [https://edika.com](https://edika.com/) and complete the entry form by providing your first and last name, email address, and consent to the use of your data, and by meeting the entry requirements (following the Instagram accounts). This will give you an “Official Entry.”

4.3 Only one (1) entry per person, email address, street address, and phone number is permitted for the entire duration of the contest. If a person enters more than once in any way, their entry will be canceled for the entire duration of the contest.

4.4 If a participant's identity is disputed, the holder of the email account used at the time of entry will be determined to be the participant. The person to whom an email address has been assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or any other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domains associated with the submitted email address is considered to be the authorized account holder.

5.1 The odds of winning are one per valid entry received.

6.1 The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received between December 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. ET, and December 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

6.2 The draw will be conducted on December 16, 2025, by Édika.

6.3 The winner will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw date. The winner will have four (4) business days following the draw date to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable number of attempts, they will be declared forfeited, and another winner will be selected by random draw in accordance with these rules. The winner's name will be available on Édika's social media accounts.

7.1 A JURA ENA 8 machine, a Columbus coffee kit including a bag of espresso coffee, a Columbus mug, a reusable EcoCup, a pair of Columbus socks, and a set of metal straws. The average value of the prize is over CAD$2,000 plus taxes. In order to be declared a winner, the selected entrant must, in addition to meeting the contest eligibility criteria and complying with the official contest rules (the “winner”):

a) Respond to the email message sent by the contest sponsor or its representatives within two (2) business days of the selection of their entry;

b) Sign a standard declaration and release form prior to receiving the prize, releasing the contest organizers from any liability for any damage that may result from the use of the prize. The winner must provide this document within five (5) days of its delivery.

8.1 Failure to comply with any of the conditions set out in paragraph 7 above will result in the selected participant being disqualified and ineligible to receive any prize. In such a case, the sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to select another participant as the potential prize winner.

8.2 Claiming the prize: Upon receipt of the declaration and release form signed by the selected entrant, the sponsor or its representatives will contact the winner to inform them of the terms and conditions for claiming their prize.

9.1 Verification of Entries

The validity of any entry is subject to verification by the sponsor. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent will be disqualified. All decisions of the contest judges, including any questions of eligibility or disqualification, are final. Entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned.

9.2 Acceptance of Prize

The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not be returned or substituted for another prize, nor exchanged in whole or in part for cash.

9.3 Prize substitution

The sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion and for any reason, to replace a prize or part of a prize with a prize of equal or greater value, including the cash value of the prize.

9.4 Prize/Winner

By entering this contest, each entrant acknowledges that the Group Members are not obligated to award more prizes than the number of prizes available, as set forth in the official contest rules. The Group Members assume no responsibility whatsoever for events beyond their control. They reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest in whole or in part.

9.5 Advertising

By entering this contest, the winner authorizes the Group Members to broadcast, publish, and use their name, photograph, image, statement regarding the contest or any prize, place of residence, and/or voice for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.

9.6 Personal Information

Personal information collected as part of this contest (including name, email address, and other contact details) is used by Les Importations Édika Inc. solely for the purposes of managing and administering the contest. This information will be retained until December 31, 2025, and then securely deleted.

By entering the contest, participants may explicitly consent, via the online form, to receive marketing communications:
- from Les Importations Édika Inc. regarding its products, offers, and events;
- from the Grands Prix Cyclistes de Québec et Montréal regarding their events and promotions.

Consent to receive these communications is optional, must be given separately for each organization, and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting info@edika.com or -

The personal information of participants who have not consented to receive marketing communications will be deleted at the end of the contest, no later than December 31, 2025. Those who have given their explicit consent to receive marketing communications may have their information retained for this purpose until they withdraw their consent.

Information is treated confidentially and securely, and is only accessible to authorized persons in connection with this contest. For more information on Édika's data protection practices, participants are invited to consult its privacy policy.

9.7 Disclaimer

By participating in this contest, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Members of the Group from any claim, action, damage, demand, or liability of any kind arising from their participation in the contest.
